Anyone using ChatGPT (or any other AI tool) to generate training programs?

I’ve tried but failed to have a good result. Too generic. Better to go for and old school “if then else” form where you input some data and get a plan as a result.

I use it to tweak the program I already have, but I find it very helpful cause it can see muscle groups that I might miss. I'm also a novice and am not performing at a high level; otherwise, id use a coach if I had more elite aspirations.

I work with a coach so no BUT did discuss w/him He experimented with using it to generate plans and his POV: works great for beginners, and gets less good as an athlete improves and needs get more specialized/individual

I mostly ChatGPT to: -help with high level planning -workout log via chat history. I recap my workout over voice and spit out results as structured text. -generate stretching routines I usually my own dictate workouts but can generate those too

I've played around with generating splits based on specific criteria, but ultimately, it's just easier for me to to do it lol What is more interesting is feeding performance metrics/progression and having it guide me to any needed changes. (basically AI coach). IMO making a program is the easier part of the process.
