Anyone using ChatGPT (or any other AI tool) to generate training programs?

I’ve tried but failed to have a good result. Too generic. Better to go for and old school “if then else” form where you input some data and get a plan as a result.

That makes sense. I haven’t tried it but I’d imagine there are enough generic templates online to choose from you could make a better selection than the AI would generate

You have to be very specific with your criteria to feed to chatgpt, or else it will be very generic indeed. And at that point, you've basically outlined the program already
