i know many of us are hobby joggers, but where all my hobby sprinters at? i wanna know who the usain bolt of farcaster is!

so i propose an FC-wide 100m sprint contest this weekend. the rules are:

fwiw, all my attempts today, recorded on a coros watch) are DQs according to the rules above (so it looks like i'll be sprinting again tomorrow 😭😂)

your mom's favorite farcaster (probably), building /quidli 🦑 & /dist ♻️, casting in /justinahn, daoing in /🍊 & /🟪

honestly have no expectations other than hoping a good # of people participate (at least 10?)!

just thought 100m is a lot more accessible to do than longer distances and thought it'd be fun to have people "collaborate" 😂

having said that, i think most able-bodied adults should be able to run 100m in <45 sec?

Awesome initiative. What is roughly the range you expect people to be in? I want to extend an encouragement price of 10M $bonj to the least fast runner, but it should be one who clearly made an effort. So no walking or crawling. I was thinking it could be around 30 secs, maybe? Or is that really slow?

sure, i'll accept en route times if they're explicitly displayed as a 100m split in your workout link/summary

tbh, it was pretty painful trying to hit 100m while on the track earlier today!

can we do a longer run with a 100m split?
