I can totally relate, the more i moved up the ranks, the more it felt like i was giving up little pieces of myself. I’ve seen friends trade their spark for titles and bonuses, and it hurts watching them disappear into calendars and deadlines. Honestly, i’m just grateful for farcaster. It’s silly maybe, but it’s one of the few places that still feels like me, like there’s room to show up as a whole person, not just a resume.
