team huddle an /actrackclub ritual to discuss health and wellness each friday! today's prompt is: reflecting on the past week, what is one health or wellness habit you practiced that made you feel particularly good or perhaps one you neglected that you now realise might have impacted your well-being.

i'll go first! something that made me feel good this week was going on a few walks. i don't walk very much but after speaking with @chicbangs.eth about it last week i decided to give it ago, some with music some without. i felt like i had better mental clarity afterwards. something i neglected was eating a good lunch!!! sometimes im like why do i have no energy and can't think then remember i forgot to eat lunch. this is partly an adhd issue but i want to be better next week at planning some easy lunches that i can throw together so i can be fuelled properly!!

what went well: I practiced more yoga and thanks to the challenge prompts by @twb, found my creative sequencing again. what didn't go well: I had a couple late nights that made the next day harder, so I'm making some changes and getting into better routines.

I’ve been pushing hard to move my wake up time up. I’ve felt like trash in the transition period, but it finally feels good to be sleepy at 10pm and reasonably good at 5 or 6 am

Mine is a simple one: this week, I spent less time online and focused more on reading /books. Still terminally online, but I’m making progress toward a better balance!

Consistently working out from 5:00 - 6:30 am everyday, no days off. Sauna 30 mins with two nalgenes of water and then take a 5 min cold shower 4 times this week. I think the sauna allowed me to recover faster and workout daily w/o major soreness.
