I’ve been pushing hard to move my wake up time up. I’ve felt like trash in the transition period, but it finally feels good to be sleepy at 10pm and reasonably good at 5 or 6 am

ahh thats a really good one thanks for sharing! how long did it take you to get used to the earlier starts? i want to start waking up earlier too
