Consistently working out from 5:00 - 6:30 am everyday, no days off. Sauna 30 mins with two nalgenes of water and then take a 5 min cold shower 4 times this week. I think the sauna allowed me to recover faster and workout daily w/o major soreness.

wow! any tips on how you remain consistent? is there anything you tell yourself? oh i am a also big user of saunas when im in full training there are so many benefits 🙌🏾 thankyou for sharing!
