enjoy meals at restaurants that you've been wanting to goto or have enjoyed as a couple - it's likely you won't be able to for the foreseeable future go see a film at a cinema or a live performance talk to your partner about potential differences in parenting style, hard to anticipate upfront so having a plan or simply acknowledgement that you might approach things differently and how to respond to that in the moment is helpful (this is something my wife and i learnt a little further down the line)

Sleep deprivation. Just mentally prepare for it — a constant 4-hour Groundhog Day for 6-8 weeks. But then you get that first smile and it’s all totally worth it. Second time around is super easy — with your first you’ve just never experienced such lack of sleep though.

a few pre-made or frozen but home cooked meals for the first 2-3 days home from the hospital. my bro and sis law brought us a giant pot of home made soup after our first.... 18 years ago and i still remember it.

You have everything parenting covered. You’re ready. Go see a movie. It’ll be a long time before you get to do that again.
