Took me a few different tries, but finally got around to reading Robin Hobb’s Assassin’s Apprentice (1995). Damn, she’s a great writer. Had been bouncing around the last few months trying to find something that’d keep my attention — worth it in the end.

gm fitcasters Going OMAD since late May is probably my best decision this year — especially since I’m terrible at moderation but can easily follow an on/off switch approach. Current (simple) linear model is -0.43 lb a day:
