What is something that has surprised you about Zora?

as someone who works at zora: 
how empowered everyone is to pursue ideas

as a product:
how important big little details are when it comes to delighting users

I am suprised by how fast other dApps (like Farcaster) are integrating with Zora

Protocol rewards are genius - I see big things coming

How both hard and fun it has been to work on

a few things that Zora has pulled off that I find surprising/impressive:
- pivot from the (narrow) NFT marketplace mental model to a much broader mental model of onchain creator tools
- Zora L2 as the defacto “art chain”
- making creators money by default + even for free mints thanks to protocol rewards

How long it took for the culture of Zora to catch on... And how long it's still taking in some ways
