Started playing with it after getting knee pain from squatting and a possible bucket handle meniscus tear. Knees are way better now, been walking backwards on the treadmill and doing as deep of bends as ai can.

yep. i incorporate a ton of the stuff he talks about. i actually transitioned into minimalist footwear long before he blew up. by the grace of god, i avoided knee injuries in basketball, so i learned a ton of info in that regard that i passed on to my clients.
