I tend to drop off the grid socially if I'm invested in deep work then after it's shipped I bounce back with a fury probably not a great way to do it!

Curious, why do you want to be present on social? Work? Personal? If it has a meaning/purpose then likely make it a work unit and schedule like others recommended. Otherwise, maybe it's ok to just fills the gaps?

block time on your calendar - identify your top goal for the day - put 1.5-2hrs on your calendar for just that - then schedule around that

i have no social days that help - deep work gets done then and then i do social at times just b/w work - e.g. commute, 15 min slot b/w meetings etc.

i've mostly worked for founder-led startups, i'd say it's posting with more impact if you need to post less frequency or writing a bunch of posts at once and then scheduling them
