for folks who have an espresso machine at home, how long from start to finish is your routine? weigh beans, grind, tamp, etc. cometeer (and i know it isn't espresso) is super fast, so just trying to gauge pros and cons

i use the breville bambino. i pre-grind the beans week of. takes 2-3 minutes to weigh / pack / pull / clean a double.

5~8 mins for flat whites I grind the beans every morning and frothing milk adds a bit more time Wish it took longer tbh haha, I enjoy the morning bliss and aroma of freshly powdered coffee

have a breville which is great. whole thing to espresso is prob 2-3 minutes including a quick rinse. another few minutes if i have to steam the milk.

Somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes I think. This is for cappuccino though, so milk needs to be heated and frothed as well. Two mugs, one for me and one for the missus. Never timed it though and I always enjoy doing it.
