the ancient civilizations were in drugs almost all the time, too every society or civilization developed a list of psychoactive products socially accepted and consumed, shamans use their own medicines, druids, egyptians did cult on mushrooms (some only for the pharaon), and so on ozempyc does not make the cut, really, would say prozak, diazepam or something like that
