Warpcast plans to use this standard to expose some labels we've been developing internally. For example, we have a relevance score used to determine how likely a users content is to be to others on the network. A score of 0 means that you're likely a spammer while a score of 4 means that you post content that most people enjoy.

Sounds like this will make it easier for apps to show content from relevant users. Having a standardized way to discover these user scores sounds good. However, I am afraid that something like this could alienate some users if a few of them get wrongly labelled in the public. It could deter newer users from onboarding.

Similar to Bluesky's labellers, but shouldn't the labels be signed by the labeller so they can be replicated more safely?

Maybe not related to the fip but the 'user_relevant' label feels a bit cold imho. Could hurt people who are mislabeled. I would suggest something 'power_level' which is more neutral and even empowering
