non-crypto normal mutual i know wanted to learn solana and rust. He said that his whole feed was just these things. The previous time he asked me about crypto was a little before the NFT mania top. No idea what to make of it because i dont want to believe that the cycle is over.

Robin Hanson came on farcaster for an AMA. The average length of his replies was 90 characters. his second biggest reply( of 230 characters) was him roasting the user experience here and he roasted wc multiple times. I love warpcast and i am happy he was here but this is hilarious and sad 😂 😭

Enjoying the stream of spacex posts thanks to Recaster. I am sure warpcast will show these casts once they are 12-16 hours old and the hype levels are not at peak anymore.

I did some analysis for Kenny regarding the way people interact on farcaster. Kenny has interesting thoughts on it. Check out this thread!

@emostaque has decided to pivot away from crypto after attending token 2049 lmfao. No wonder crypto conferences are considered bearish. https://x.com/EMostaque/status/1841537479146709184

All I want in this life is high quality anime merch. All the websites in India seem to sell low quality or cheap looking shit. I want something more subtle or stuff that's inspired from anime. For example, a high quality red jacket from Akira would go so hard. I wouldn't be able tol afford it but it would be something to work towards

Looking at the cast retention rates of various cohorts since september 2023(post permissionless). Users are put in the cohort month in which they first casted. June was surprisingly the biggest month for new casters It's interesting to see that earlier cohorts have strong retention rates. Btw August so far has had the smallest cohort size since feb. September data not included because i made this in mid sept.

Boost runs out soon so casting out a loosely held opinion- - I think artists are reasonable to be concerned about AI being trained on their works. > "But AIs learn art the same way humans do!" - yes, the methods could be considered similar but the distribution of that learned AI skill is not at all similar. When an artist released an artwork, they were fully expecting many people to learn from their work then further pass down those skills but they definitely weren't expecting that their skills would become this easily accessible through AI. Scale matters
