some features relevant to this score exist on Proof od Chad by @i-rat.eth which so far is focused on ai agent launches on Virtuals. Sure this can be expanded and also incorporate some of the features described.

this would work if someone can build a good wallet mapping solution i.e clustering wallets of the same person.entity even if they are actively trying to hide them - did this extensively at CL but it is a hard problem.

This assumes bad actors will be honest and report all of their wallets. It takes nothing to spin up a burner wallet and act nefariously. Most would be honest and provide useful information. Only takes a couple to spoil the bunch.

I was thinking about a similar implementation last week but for creating an insider score for wallets. When I looked at the data, the hard part is the amount of fresh wallets that get inside traded on, typically funded by DEX. In post analysis it is very easy to id insider wallets programmatically, but at a time when the data would be useful for purchase decision (before a token is huge marketcap), it's not as clear cut.
