I was thinking about a similar implementation last week but for creating an insider score for wallets. When I looked at the data, the hard part is the amount of fresh wallets that get inside traded on, typically funded by DEX. In post analysis it is very easy to id insider wallets programmatically, but at a time when the data would be useful for purchase decision (before a token is huge marketcap), it's not as clear cut.

would love to see how someone goes about solving it. It can be done (I was able to do it for insider scoring), to be practical it will need real time data and to account for this blind spot.
