I‘d suggest narrowing focus vs expanding your focus. If you‘re working on you. Literally strike items of your list as won’t do / don’t do. Following the Warren Buffet advise of make a list of top 20 things you want to do (interest, goals, etc) Rank them by what’s most important to you Keep the top 3 and avoid the rest. Don’t do the rest.
