when i worked at goldfinch (defi protocol), we had the best company ritual. every thursday was Crypto Club — someone from the team would give a deep dive on a new crypto protocol or product and onboarded us all. forced us to understand UX pain points, market trends, bad vs good positioning, etc (also it was fun!).

I love this! We did something similar at one of my consulting gigs and we were expanded it from work stuff to hobby stuff and that was even more fun. Got to learn about a lot of niche hobbies that way! I did one on skin care!
