when i worked at goldfinch (defi protocol), we had the best company ritual.

every thursday was Crypto Club — someone from the team would give a deep dive on a new crypto protocol or product and onboarded us all.

forced us to understand UX pain points, market trends, bad vs good positioning, etc (also it was fun!).

Well, I’d imagine it was pretty arid back then and maybe a harder sell in 2022 than 2025…

least pleasant must've been the farcaster one because i gave my whole team invites back in november 2022 and most let them expire!!! even @sanjay who is now on the merkle team 🤣
