when i worked at goldfinch (defi protocol), we had the best company ritual. every thursday was Crypto Club â someone from the team would give a deep dive on a new crypto protocol or product and onboarded us all. forced us to understand UX pain points, market trends, bad vs good positioning, etc (also it was fun!).

Really wish my last couple companies did this. So much untapped knowledge amongst my coworkers that could have broadened my perspective outside of the products I was directly working on.
