5. If you take into account all of the things I just can’t do without it, and all of the formatting shortcuts for e.g., contracts, it’s at least 2X. It’s only relevant for ~25% of what I do, though.

2. Use it for a few generic things like navigating bureaucracy or brainstorming. But most of my work requires too many real world inputs and is too site specific to dramatically improve my efficiency.
