I was on the founding team of Guidepost Montessori, now the largest Montessori school network in the world I think (150 schools). Wild 8 year ride. I moved to board last year to focus on writing a book (on education, in progress). Not sure what is next. Too many ideas. Been mulling them a lot.

I turned 50 yesterday and my Summer of Protocols buddies had a cake and balloons delivered to my hotel room. And the hotel brought me a mango sticky rice โ€œcakeโ€ at breakfast with actual candles. This is probably the first time in 35 years Iโ€™ve had my birthday officially marked by anyone.
