Farcaster is evolving into a movement A great CMO would infuse trust & belonging throughout the platform, reinforce to users that they are part of something bigger (consistent voice/messaging, recognition opptys, culture onboarding, community learning, etc..)

There’s an alchemy in making complex systems appear simple. A great CMO would make things simple for a wider array of creators/builders/voices.

Make it easy for your most passionate advocates to do what they do. A great CMO would harness this enthusiasm and develop a brand ambassador program. Developing the tools and creating the opportunities the ambassadors need to amplify their voices. This is when brands really start to pop.

Spotlight the cool people & projects building in the ecosystem. A talented CMO will actively seek out and tell these stories. This is a mashup of inspo, recognition and showcasing whats possible.
