Must eat local specialties -Seafood rice -Sangria wine -Iberian ham -Tapas (foie gras steak must order!) -Moyu rice (eaten at Eisimple, where you can find squid in every bite ^ _ ^ rice without undercooked food! It's very delicious!) -Churro -Spanish dumplings (bought at Las Muns! Feeling ordinary,)

It's okay if you don't say it, but the more you say it, the more it looks like AI

In the later stages of exercise, it is definitely necessary to do reinforcement training, otherwise it will not be effective

Slowly falling in love with this way of eating... you have to be thin even if you're not thin My fastest weight loss so far I am a talented athlete who can go from 124 to 108 pounds in just one month without running or jumping. My mom has a big butt and can directly counterattack, surpassing the waist to hip ratio!

When young people awaken their health and bloodline, they still have to rely on coarse grains Teacher Xu Wenbing said that we are eating too well now Causing our spleen and stomach to have no work to do Becoming fragile Lack of exercise, so it's even more brittle

Time-sensitive update for JUP stakers Action needed: voting 🗳 Theme: 30% JUP total supply reduction. Jupiter Exchange releases the first of a series of three JUP-related votes to help build more certainty among the JUP community and its holder base. The project team aims to demonstrate a high level of transparency regarding the token distribution, addressing concerns around high FDV and allowing voters to decide the major parts of the potential emissions. 3️⃣ Key notes: ● The team will voluntarily cut 30% from its assigned allocation. ● Corresponding 30% reduction in Jupuary's emissions. ● The remaining reductions will come from previously assigned allocations, such as those from LP and strategic reserves. Edge: The reduction of the total supply from 10 billion to 7 billion depends on the success of this proposal, as decided by the community. 🫡 Once successful, the 50/50 principle would be applied. ---->>> 1.5B JUP would be burned from both the team and community treasuries. The way I got into tech was through conferences, not as an attendee but as a volunteer. What’s interesting about conferences is that the people there who are truly getting shit done, show up for the one thing they need and then leave as fast as possible. Aside from hackathons, everything else is just a vacation.

interesting content can’t just be short form videos, aesthetic photos, elites dunking on each other, connecting with your IRL friends, or any other market already captured and at scale has to be something you can’t get anywhere else: being early, emerging scenes, groups of geeks largely free of mops and sociopaths
