my 2: a lot of energy went and is still going into trying to find how to evolve frames: better perf, cast actions, composer actions, frames++ (native polls), and most recently mini-apps are explorations in this direction

frames led to the biggest surge in interesting content. curious why development went in many other directions instead of doubling down on reducing their limitations

we are two orders of magnitude away from needing mops in any significant quantity

agree and also: interestingness = fn(relationship to author, content).

mid content is more interesting if it’s from someone I have a connection with.

makes sense to start with content tho since most don’t know others in url communities until they connect thru content.

Warpcast would benefit from facilitating long-form conversations. Reading threads and replies is generally a poor experience

I think the experience for most people Is that it's an all or nothing algorithm just like Twitter/x. The apps are not very good at serving your content to anyone unless you already have friends and followers on the platform who will hit the like button. There can be no egg or chicken for us.

@dwr.eth clarified that it’s the number of users that make for “not enough” interesting content, not the quality of the content the people already here are producing. So we should put our brains to thinking of what would attract more users to FC (or what drives them away because that’s a thing also).
