their support is actually quite good and we use them for both HR and benefits

but the UI is so confusing

i did a demo, they paid me $100 then told me they couldn't support a 1-person company lmao.

My father in law is a payroll software builder. He is insanely gifted. We were demoed a legacy automatic payroll application with intuitive UX, perfect navigation years ago and I asked him what it would cost to build it today. I will never forget his answer...

Maybe they can rebrand company apps as frames, and it would make more sense
