4-7-8 breathing Breathe in fully for 4 seconds Hold for 7 Exhale completely in 8 seconds I use heartbeats other than seconds Always has worked for me since I learned about it.

I have tried this and recommended this to others near me and most of them agreed that it made them feel good and relaxed Laughing out loud without any reason, nothing funny or anything Just laughing out loud for 10 or 15 seconds Then see after that how good you feel

Interesting well here’s one not widely practiced but humming into your chest for 20 seconds. Not out loud, just enough to feel the vibration. It chills your nervous system (vagus nerves in this case ) and the brain sends message to the body that it is calm no need to panick
