Probably only applies to those with home gyms, but do anyone you lift weights and workout barefoot?

On leg day, I wear just socks at my public/busy gym and no one has said anything to me so 🤷‍♂️

I wear a flat shoe for lifting but will take them off if I'm wearing running shoes and squatting or deadlifting.

I do often! Luckily I don’t have to worry about @keccers.eth warning since I’m not lifting that heavy weights, mostly doing body weight, lunges, squats, push ups, mt climbers etc

I'm into the barefoot wagon. In a public site like a gym: no way. Use barefoot shoes (which is what I do). Training like this helps you to be more aware of your feet.

No. I've seen others at the gym do, usually with only socks.

Not a home gym lifter but I do take off my shoes when squatting 😅 when I lived in Austin used to rock Vivobarefoots for lifting / trail runs but didn’t convert well to city life

If I'm doing big barbell lifts, shoes. I want grip and stability. I usually keep my shoes on throughout my workout.
