Noboribetsu Onsen is the northernmost large scale Onsen resort in Japan. Itโ€™s famous not only for its abundance hot springs, but also because it has nine different types of Onsen water! As of this trip, Iโ€™ve bathed in all 9! It took me 1 public bath and 3 hotels to accomplish this! The town is protected by great demons. Legend says they live in Hellโ€™s Valley, which is the source for all the hot spring water in the town!
