What would "work-life" balance mean to you? I'm curious how you define the thing you don't believe in. I ask because I've heard similar statements from people, but when digging in, they interpreted the phrase differently.

I personally think more in terms of priorities, someone needs to know of to adjust their priorities over time. Sometimes family is the number 1 priorities, sometimes work is the top priority.
