I just started using it again this month. Ok I also upped my calories and got back on caffeine, but the pumps and focus at the gym have been next level πŸ”₯ I mix it in water with my electrolyte powder and stir it with the milk frother. No issues with dissolving. And no gut issues so far.

Yes, it’s been studied heavily and continues to show benefits. It can irritate the gut. I take 5g daily. I add to a liter or more water and drink through out the day.

Yes*10 some other tips. * The "loading phase" doesn't really matter. Just take 5g/day and let it build in your system. * Timing doesn't matter- take it whenever 1/day * Make sure to drink a little extra water as you're taking it * Plain Creatine Monohydrate is the way to go. Mix w/ water; doesn't taste great but hey

Yes, effects are definitely noticeable, I improve my weights 5-10%. 10g for 1 week for loading. 5g daily for maintenance. I do for 2-3 months, then take 1-2 weeks off and repeat. Creatine has also been linked to improved cognitive performance.
