Yes*10 some other tips. * The "loading phase" doesn't really matter. Just take 5g/day and let it build in your system. * Timing doesn't matter- take it whenever 1/day * Make sure to drink a little extra water as you're taking it * Plain Creatine Monohydrate is the way to go. Mix w/ water; doesn't taste great but hey
