My heart just sank, opened my ledger app on my phone and it told me I had 0 ETH, no idea what’s going on. Staked ETH and other crypto still showing. I mess around with it for a while refreshing app, closing it down reopening ect. Nothing changed. The about 10minutes later check again and my ETH is back. No when I open it 50% of the time my ETH shows 50% it doesn’t. Is this something anyone else has experienced?

Tyson vs Paul was horrible to watch. Watching Tyson shuffle back to his corner between rounds is not what I wanted to see. I have 0 respect for Paul. The only way to prove himself as a boxer would be to fight active fighters in whatever weigh division he chooses. Something he will never do. Plus Serrano was robbed

I’ve felt like I’m shouting into a void since losing my powerbadge. I have a couple of questions….. When I reply to a cast now I have lost pb does my reply now go to reply’s instead of priority? People used to respond to my replies but now I’m wondering if they aren’t seeing them. Also when I post in channels the only people to like or reply are people who already follow me. Is this the algorithm or is usage just massively down from where it was a couple of months ago?

The SkiErg is an absolute beast for VO2 max stuff. The Norwegian 4x4 is 4x4minute rounds as hard as you can with 4 minute break between (can be light walking). This workout is a killer

I haven’t checked my portfolio for over a week now. Not going to lie I feel better for it. I hear markets are down but not checking prices that’s taken the stress out of it for me. When I start hearing news big pumps I might check again but until then I’m staying blissfully unaware.

Quick back session to start the day. I’m going to try and post my daily workouts on here. I have cycling a lot recently so have lost some strength especially in the legs so not too impressive but I think I should be able to gain it back quite quickly💪
