I have been really enjoying Farcaster again recently. When I first joined I was having fun speaking to everyone, $Degen was popping off and everyone was earning money. Then all of a sudden my engagement fell off a cliff, I was posting and getting nothing back from people. I tried to come back but had the same results. This time however the vibes are back, I’m not earning like the first time but just enjoying being here.

Which one do you prefer? The left is stainless steel from 1960, the right is gold from 1945. Both are in great condition.

Me and the bro took my dad for a walk up Mam Tor yesterday for Father’s Day. We have started going on walks together on special occasions like birthdays, better than going for a drink I think. I look really angry but it was just the wind in my eyes 🤣

New found respect for content creators. I have been trying to make a short video and it’s taking me ages. Editing is a nightmare and it’s going to look terrible when it’s finished. Learnt a load of lessons already though so hopefully next time round should be a little easier

Body fat still dropping. Struggling to get to target weight though. I have come down from around 85/86kg to 78.2kg. Target weight 75kg, I have a holiday in a couple of weeks and will struggle to maintain while I’m away so would like to get as much off (in a healthy way) as possible before then

Not posted in fitness for a long time now. Been trying to get some weight off. Gone from 86kg 23% body fat to 79.4kg 15.9%. Managed to maintain all my strength so far and even get stronger on certain exercises. Going to try and get to 75kg in the next few weeks.
