Been thinking about “pessimists sound smart optimists make money” Basically the same meme as bell curve. I think “make money” can also be replaced with “achieve desired outcome” whether financial or otherwise. And sound smart has to do with desiring status.

I would greatly appreciate your expert guidance. As an experienced runner with a slender build, I'm looking to develop muscle in my upper body. While I already focus on cardio, I want to add some mass to my chest, shoulders, and biceps, as my legs are already well-conditioned. Where should I begin? What equipment should I invest in for home workouts, since I'm not comfortable going to the gym? Would dumbbells, a mat, and a bench suffice? Are there any helpful apps available that can assist in creating workout plans? (I have no prior knowledge of strength training.) It's ironic that while we recognize the drawbacks of plastics, we also advocate for GLP-1 medications. This reflects the arrogance of a technologically advanced society—struggling to comprehend how manipulating our materials and our bodies might have negative consequences. The adverse effects of GLP-1 medications, like muscle loss, will probably be uncovered sooner rather than later.
