Does anyone else purposefully run in the afternoon to get exposed to the peak daily temperature? I don't know if this is actually good for me but I can absolutely crush NYC summer heat now.

You can get used to almost everything and you train for it. Just don’t push too hard to your limit. Heat stroke is not good.

i love running, but the summer always tests my mettle. only do early mornings or evenings if it were up to me, it’d be 40 degrees year round (for running purposes only)
