I prefer morning, as soon as I roll out of bed, before anything including food. That way it *always* gets done. No excuses. But now with baby duty in the morning itโ€™s impossible so I have a protein shake in the morning and then when I pass him off for feeding I get my workout then!

I prefer morning. - you get it done with - you aren't tired from the day - less things to "come up" and derail your training - can be much more consistent - usually less crowded

I find morning to be better. If I train after work not only do I feel more tired working out, but also takes my heart rate a while to drop in the night so donโ€™t get as restorative of a sleep. Iโ€™m sure everyone is different though so can only speak for myself
