Question, as I'm new to the concept of gray tribe: Is this idea adjacent to "all lives matter"? Does it propose that everybody adopt an equality mindset that moves past the dramatic difference in experiences without reparation or acknowledgement? Genuinely curious.

I think it even rejects equality mindset to some degree! Equality: group X gets more, group Y gets less, that's ok because Y's original position was unfair Gray: build tech so group X gets more, group Y gets more, people's lives improve without social conflict (I'm not endorsing, trying to give a fair description)

I wouldn’t say so. All lives matter is a misunderstanding (to say the least, even if well intended) from the BLM movement. Gray, to my understanding, is not about so much equality but more about the nuance and complexity that exists between the ends of polarisation of POVs.

Not sure It’s fair to say that many here are so focused on the future we can build by embracing technology that we are not tending to center our attention on the historical-based differences you’re mentioning But I think we also believe that this focus is the best way for there to be any reparations to pay out

Unrelated concept. IMO gray is just β€œlet’s build good things, and avoid politics that prevents us from building.” Or β€œlet’s build to make the pie way bigger, rather than try to take the largest slice of a tiny pie.”
