Question, as I'm new to the concept of gray tribe: 

Is this idea adjacent to "all lives matter"?
 
Does it propose that everybody adopt an equality mindset that moves past the dramatic difference in experiences without reparation or acknowledgement?

I think it even rejects equality mindset to some degree!

Equality: group X gets more, group Y gets less, that's ok because Y's original position was unfair
Gray: build tech so group X gets more, group Y gets more, people's lives improve without social conflict
