Question, as I'm new to the concept of gray tribe: 

Is this idea adjacent to "all lives matter"?
 
Does it propose that everybody adopt an equality mindset that moves past the dramatic difference in experiences without reparation or acknowledgement?

Unrelated concept. IMO gray is just “let’s build good things, and avoid politics that prevents us from building.” Or “let’s build to make the pie way bigger, rather than try to take the largest slice of a tiny pie.”
