Question, as I'm new to the concept of gray tribe: 

Is this idea adjacent to "all lives matter"?
 
Does it propose that everybody adopt an equality mindset that moves past the dramatic difference in experiences without reparation or acknowledgement?

I wouldn’t say so. All lives matter is a misunderstanding (to say the least, even if well intended) from the BLM movement.

Gray, to my understanding, is not about so much equality but more about the nuance and complexity that exists between the ends of polarisation of POVs.
