del Toro has misses but boy if he doesn’t do very well most of the time. He is legendary for sure. Ari Aster is an up-comer to watch, then of course The Daniel’s. My favorite at the mo’ is probably the Safdies though. The closest we can get in modern times to young Scorsese films.
