Not sure if this is possible, but given the studies that show ~90% of social media users are lurkers, it would be interesting to see the % or # of lurkers per week and how that converts. Standard definition of a lurker: No likes, no comments, no messages, but signs on regularly (daily)? Would also be nice to see who is engaging via likes and saves but not creating or commenting, and how that changes over time with /farcaster experiments.

/buoy is my most used Farcaster client—just shared this prototype with @pfista on being able to drag to hide and expand the search UI. There's already a button for it (filter), does that make the drag to hide redundant? Or is it a natural expectation?

“Not a pillow…” is on a mid-season break. In the meantime, please enjoy this delightful/disgusting video of Yung Arch slurping down a puppucino (captured by @jayce’s madre) Thanks for the inspo, @king 🫡

@jayce has been on this insane app all day. Ngl, it's getting a little scary. Meet Jed Hudson, better known as dirtnap69 around these parts of the desert. Here's one of his less problematic posts.

My favorite app, experience-wise, that I use daily (that's not Warpcast) is the Shop mobile app. It's just really well-designed, allows me to track my packages, shop from a single place for indie brands, and get timed deals on personalized recommended products. Favorite app, experience-wise, that I rarely use is Hotel Tonight. It's well-designed, also has some light gamification, and is an absolute breeeeeze to use. Just don't have a need for hotels too often 🤷‍♀️

Would love to hear other Product Designers' take on this! What is your favorite app/site, experience-wise, that you use daily? What is your favorite app/site, experience-wise, that you rarely use and why?

Everyone has their own take, but I think it's important to recognize the difference between /design and /art. Both are valued, necessary, and creative—but at the end of the day, it's like comparing apples to oranges.
