Which movie director(s) do you admire?

For me, guillermo del toro always makes great films. Finished Pinocchio with the fam. I love how he plays around with the story.

del Toro has misses but boy if he doesn’t do very well most of the time. He is legendary for sure.

Ari Aster is an up-comer to watch, then  of course The Daniel’s.

My favorite at the mo’ is probably the Safdies though. The closest we can get in modern times to young Scorsese films.
