Oh man I’ll take the counter x 100.
Granted we get a local bird whose meat tastes terrific.
Although we grow winter squash, we often skip it for thanksgiving as there is so much other deliciousness to enjoy.
Mash potatoes, sweet potatoes, stuffing, depending on who is hosting, green beans, mushrooms, pickle plate, carrots x turnip mash, sometimes a corn pudding or corn bread. A feast.
Fresh cranberry sauce.
Pies - I’m particular to pumpkin, we’ll also have apple and pecan typically. 1 reply
