If you meditate, do you have a specific routine or app?

My mediation has entirely shifted to flow states, where I’m actively mediating during connection with external information. I def need to get back into internal. Only use Hz music on Spotify or brainwave app rec by Huberman, I like it. Previously, no tech just me in silence.

this was my meditation routine up til july when i cut caffeine. every weekday sometime between midday and 1400. perhaps doesn’t fit the expected ritual some associate with the term but for me just as effective as any other approaches to presence https://www.vox.com/2014/8/28/6074177/coffee-naps-caffeine-science

I use headspace! The beginner courses are amazing if you're new to meditation and make a huge difference in the quality of your future meditations.

The only one that stuck for me was the 1 Giant Mind app (mantras) but I think the web service behind it was dead.

Really like Headspace. Just enough of a guide to help but not make you reliant on it IMO. Said differently, I can still sit down without Headspace and practice.

No app. Just get comfortable in a quiet room and set the timer on my phone.

Insight Timer, 24 min… I like to do mindfulness of breathing at the nostrils, and if I can get there - mindfulness of the space of the mind “without grasping or distraction” :) - check out B Alan Wallace podcasts for guided meditations on each
