Skiff was acquired by Notion and will be shutting down in six months. I feel saddened, and surprised to see Skiff go. 🙏 But did I use Skiff daily? Admittedly, no, and this was part of the challenge they faced. In fact, only 32 out of almost 5k subscribers on the @console newsletter use Skiff...

@dwr.eth How do you define the retention metric for Farcaster? With @console, we're measuring "retention" as: MAU - churn = retained users. Churn is a user who only visited once and bounced. Do you see room to improve here, or does this sound about right? Thanks!
