I put off going to Barton Springs, a well known pool here in Austin, because I didn’t want go by myself, depressed, whatever, blah blah And now Barton Springs is closed indefinitely and I can’t go at all Will I learn from this? Probably not. But maybe you will

i love doing things alone especially when i’m depressed because that means my depression can’t ruin anyone else’s experience just my own

But doing things alone when depressed is best tbh. You get to drown in your thoughts and zone out w/o anyone calling you back to reality plus you don’t ruin the fun for everyone else. Think about it

Same way when I went to my home country I wanted to go the beach. But didn’t end up going. Now it’s shut down as they want to Construct a “major road”.
