I put off going to Barton Springs, a well known pool here in Austin, because I didn’t want go by myself, depressed, whatever, blah blah And now Barton Springs is closed indefinitely and I can’t go at all Will I learn from this? Probably not. But maybe you will

i love doing things alone especially when i’m depressed because that means my depression can’t ruin anyone else’s experience just my own

It is a decision we take to let mood/people/stress/depression to control our acts or not! The more we are controlling the less our life is ruined. Also noted that keccers follow her instinct usually which is not wrong also

Are you speaking from experience where you had ruined someone else’s experience cos you were depressed? I actually find that doing things alone when depressed would actually worsen the depression, doing it with people you love is one way to alleviate depression (I strongly believe) /lessoninthere
